Wellbeing and Mental Health Helplines
Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust have a freephone Wellbeing & Mental Health Helpline. It is an out of hours service for people who need emotional support with their own mental health or the mental health of someone they know. You can call the helpline on 0800 915 4640, Monday-Friday 7pm-11pm, and Weekends 12 midday-12 midnight.
Alternatively, if you live in Cumbria, you can contact the Single Point of Access (SPA) Crisis mental health line on 0300 123 9015.
Where to go if you need help
If you, or someone you know, is struggling, there are a number of charities here to help.
