Hospital pharmacies are responsible for dispensing medication, products and supplies for patients within the hospitals. There are members of the UHMBT pharmacy team based at Furness General Hospital, the Royal Lancaster Infirmary and Westmorland General Hospital, as well as satellite pharmacies based near wards at FGH and RLI.
As well as these internal Pharmacy teams, there are also Lloyds Pharmacies at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary (next to the Women’s Unit), Westmorland General Hospital and Furness General Hospital (to the right of the main entrance).
