Week 2 of The Big 5
Week 2 of the Trust’s Big 5 campaign looks at the importance of taking regular breaks throughout your working day and when you go home. Take a break is a key part of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service’s Flourish campaign and we hope you find the following information, tips and guides help to support your own health and wellbeing.

New UHMBT background graphics available in Teams 
The I3 Team has worked with the UHMB Comms Team and created 3 approved UHMB branded backgrounds for Microsoft Teams. Next time you take part in a Microsoft Teams virtual meeting you can try out the new backgrounds for your video image by clicking the 3 dots and selecting 'Choose Background Effects".

Planned closures of A590
Highways England will be undertaking some road marking renewals along various sections of the A590 between Dalton-In-Furness and Brettargh Holt commencing in mid-June, meaning that sections of the road will be closed.
