UHMBT Annual Members’ Meeting held in person for first time since start of COVID-19 pandemic

Trust members, local residents, Trust Governors, UHMBT’s senior leadership team and colleagues from across the Trust took part in the annual meeting which was held online and in person on Tuesday 22 November 2022.

UHMBT colleagues awarded national Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Midwifery Officer Awards

Alex Amacna, Clinical Support Worker, and Nicola Potts, Maternity Support Worker, received the awards after being nominated by colleagues in recognition of their significant and outstanding contributions as nursing and midwifery support workers.

Patients and staff benefit from superb refurbishment of Intensive Care Unit at RLI

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary (RLI) has been impressively refurbished to give patients and families an improved experience and to create an enhanced work environment for colleagues.
