This week’s edition includes lots of news and updates from across the Trust.

Update on pressures affecting UHMBT services
On Monday 3 January 2022, the Trust declared it was in critical incident. Thanks to the hard work of the teams across the Trust, the decision was made to step that down on Sunday 9 January 2022. The Trust is still experiencing significant pressures and remains at its highest level of internal escalation. However, we have now put into place all of the actions being in a critical incident allow so it is the right time to officially step it down.

Share your views with the Chair of UHMBT
A series of virtual sessions have been arranged for January and February for UHMBT colleagues to have the opportunity to share their views, ideas or concerns about any topic, directly with our Chair, Professor Mike Thomas.

Occupational Health and Wellbeing team seven-day service
The Trust's Occupational Health and Wellbeing team are extending their operating hours to offer a seven-day service.
