Volunteers’ Week (1-7 June)

Volunteers make a huge contribution to the health and wellbeing, giving their time, skills, and expertise freely each year to support the NHS.

‘What Matters To You?’ day on 9th June

‘What Matters To You?’ is a campaign to encourage and support meaningful conversations between people who provide health and social care and the people, families and carers who receive such care.

Using stories to improve Patient, Carer and Staff experiences and outcomes 

Stories of staff, patient and carer experiences and journeys enable us to redesign and improve care according to patients’ needs, where every step in the patient journey is examined and improved.
