Developing Inclusive Behaviours
In partnership with the Centre for Executive Training and Development (CETAD) at Lancaster University, the Trust has developed a half day Inclusive Behaviours workshop
LGBT network
The LGBT network has been active for a number of years, and is currently led by Lee Jenkinson, Clinical Support Worker.
Personal Fair & Diverse Champions & Respect Champions
Here at UHMBT we have 181 Personal, Fair & Diverse Champions. Personal Fair & Diverse Champions come from all areas and departments within the Trust and are advocates for inclusion and diversity.
