Would you like to share your views on health services in your local community?

The Chief Executive of University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMBT), Aaron Cummins, is inviting members of the public to join him at a ‘Tea and Talk’ event where you can share any thoughts and suggestions.

Aaron is looking forward to meeting people at his Tea and Talk event from 2pm to 3.30pm on Monday, August 19, at the Emmanuel Christian Centre on Mill Street in Ulverston.

He regularly hosts Tea and Talk sessions with staff at UHMBT and is now delighted to be doing the same in the community.

Alison Johnston, a GP and Mark Wilson, a local Councillor, will also be at the Tea and Talk event and will be happy to discuss health services and related subjects.

Aaron said: “Everyone is welcome to come along and have an informal chat with me at our Tea and Talk event in Ulverston.

“I’ll be delighted to share and discuss my priorities for patients and the Trust as a whole. It will give me an opportunity to hear what we are doing well and where we can do things differently. Any feedback, ideas and suggestions will be welcome and I will act on them.

“As the Chief Executive of a Trust that aims to be open, honest, supportive, compassionate, innovative and committed to excellence, I’ll be happy to discuss any health service-related concerns. Just pop along and have a brew and a chat with me.”
