The free festival has been organised by Cumbria County Council, Barrow Integrated Care Community (ICC), Barrow Raiders, Mind in Furness, Active Cumbria and Cando FM.
The event is open to everyone and there will be the opportunity to make free wraps and fruit kebabs. Other activities will include workshops on living well including coping with loss and grief, fun sports, Tai Chi, rare animal breeds and arts and crafts.
Maxine Baron, Development Lead for Barrow ICC, said: “The event is an excellent opportunity for our community to come together and find out more about the brilliant health and wellbeing services and organisations we have here in Barrow.”
The event is intended to promote health and wellbeing and attendees will be able to seek advice from professionals and take-home freebies detailing how to live a healthier life.
