We would like to inform everyone of an upcoming change to the sender name of the SMS messages that the Trust uses for appointment reminders and notifications. From 4 November 2024, messages will no longer be sent from "NHS-NoReply" but will instead come from "NHSNoreply" (note the removal of the hyphen).
What Does This Mean for Patients?
If you receive appointment reminders or other notifications via text message from the Trust, please be aware that the sender name will change to "NHSNoreply." This is the only change—your messages will look and function exactly the same as before.
- New Sender Name: "NHSNoreply" (without the hyphen)
- No Action Needed: Patients do not need to do anything differently. Please continue to look out for important appointment reminders and notifications.
