Hi everyone and welcome to this month’s blog – the last of 2019!
First and foremost – a massive thank you to our teams, both in and out of hospital, who continue to work tirelessly for our patients.
November was a really busy month and nothing seems to have slowed down at the start of December. There are a number of things I wanted to discuss that I feel are important as we enter the festive period, including plans for winter, and new resources we've just launched about the behaviours we all expect to see at work.
